Very good coverage, with all commentators very competent. It was a very good idea to include the engine, but only at the end, after all have had a chance to discuss possibilities masterfully. Six hours which are silent in the playing hall are here filled with interesting ideas start to finish, and at a good pace, neither too fast or too slow. Well done.
Fabi is one of my favorite players, but his two short draws in a row while leading is disappointing. The no-draws-before-30-or-40-moves rule needs to be universal.

dont have the engine on when you guys interview the players, we can all see what the engine says. its way more interesting and informative to hear the players thoughts and ideas about their game, without the influence of the engine.

How come it says Deac is in 10th place with only 2 points? He went into today with 2 points and got a draw. Shouldn't he have 2.5 points and be tied with Nepo and Ding for 8th?
As many have stated it looks like title contenders seem to be somewhat tired. This seems to be especially true about Ding as
even his lost games in this tournament looks more dynamic and interesting. It is also obvious that the rest of players have
been busy studying and analyzing championship games and openings in their free time in a relaxed mode. This point
also relates to Magnus Carlsen's complain about the issue of the studying of 'opening in chess' which have degraded the game
and which is a factor in his decision not to defend the title.
The following, a new chessboard, could be an extension and evolution of chess game.
Here, the king rows retain the eight squares while the other rows have a square added in each side.
The Pawn rows will have an extra Pawn square in each side.
This new game, maybe called 'chess+' will add more overhead for computers thus more equalizing chess vs human game.
It will also render useless all 'opening game' analysis %100 while retaining application of human ingenuity %100.
