Eastern Bullet Arena Speed Chess Tournament [226]

This is a speed (bullet) chess tournament (Eastern Bullet Arena) I competed in on lichess.org while livestreaming on . Time controls are 1 minute per player.

I’m a self-taught National Master in chess out of Pennsylvania, USA who was introduced to the game by my father in 1988 at the age of 8. The purpose of this channel is to share my knowledge of chess to help others improve their game. I enjoy continuing to improve my understanding of this great game, albeit slowly. Consider subscribing here on YouTube for frequent content, and/or connecting via any or all of the below social medias. Your support is greatly appreciated. Take care, bye. 😀

  1. Upload some more of these! These are you best videos by far!

  2. When Jerry, one of your favorite chess personalities ever, mentions Yasser Seirawan, another of your favorite chess personalities… How awesome! I would love to one day see Chess Network being interviewed on his 10-year journey as a chess educator and maybe make an appearance with Yasser, both of whom have been so foundational in my chess learning experience.

  3. Why at 27:43 would you premove rooks? Queen was forked. Could have taken the queen after rook takes.

  4. there is the right attitude when losing! laugh! great!

  5. 42:28 poor Black king in prison waiting for his execution. At least he did not commit suicide in prison lol

  6. I've never seen so many dropped queens in one hour. I love your videos Jerry, thanks for everything you do!

  7. 2:10
Yeah, go for a fork and get behind that pawn. Not like you could just take it right away or anything.

  8. I read some comment like "I wanna know what Jerry looks like. Where's the face reveal?"
I was just falling asleep and the video ran on, so I had this dream of a face reveal…. and it was like "du,h, of course that's how he looks"
Thanks for asking. wtf who cares.

  9. I have been following ChessNetwork for 10 years! I’ve seen almost every video, many of them multiple times. I’ve watched every bullet tournament, including the ChessCube ones. I remember the Blue Chicken Gambit, CaparoT1 as his arch-nemesis, the Adobe Flash Gambit, and more. This is, without a doubt, the worst Jerry has ever played in a tournament, and I can’t stop laughing. Shake it off, dude! You’re the best!

  10. The king is naked… He doesn't like that.
