The 2024 Women’s Speed Chess Championship is Chess.com’s top speed chess tournament for women and features 16 of the strongest players in the world, with 10 invited, 4 qualified through Play-ins, and two qualified through the Titled Cup Leaderboard. Today’s play-in features an 11-round Swiss in 3+1 before the top-four players move on to a single-elimination knockout. These matches consist of two 5+1 games, two 3+1 games, and two 1+1 games with the winner qualifying for the Main Event
