That wonderful smile on resignation | Nepo vs Anand | Levitov Chess 2023

It was a battle of two of the best in the world – two time Candidates winner Ian Nepomniachtchi took on 5-time World Champion Vishy Anand at the 4th round of the Levitov Chess Week 2023 in Amsterdam. The game was filled with a lot of strategic moments where both players used all their experience to showcase some high quality chess. In the end it was a blunder that decided the fate of this encounter with both players smiling on the game coming to an end.
