  1. Emperor penguin. Is my favourite animal. Tough as nails.

  2. Who else watches these videos before passing out

  3. To answer your questions: My favorite animal is the duck, and it is currently 11pm where I live – though that probably is ambiguous since I'm watching this video over the course of several days and when I first heard you say that it was like 4am or something and I didn't want to get up – as you said yourself, your voice is soothing and I watch this before going to bed and have to rewind the next day, I'm getting very good at remembering the time before I start drifting away. Thank you for not making loud noises 🙂
Just wanted to say that I really love these long stream recordings, please keep uploading them whenever they happen!

  4. someone in his chat should keep on reminding him that he berserked.

  5. “All I know is I want to fork.”
    Same here brother.

  6. Fun fact: a group of wild or feral cats is called a destruction.

  7. I like pangolins, but my favorite group of animals is a parliament of owls.

  8. Rosen with the dirty flag
    also Rosen: What a game

  9. I keep watching the video bit by bit and am at the 4:20:00 mark !

Love the chess streams and videos Mr. Rosen!
My fav animal is definitely a toucan and it’s 18:04 for me now!
    Much love <3

  10. 13:04 is the time here watching 🙂 (asked by eric at 04:20:00) haha my days working from home are better with chess company

  11. 2h40 in the stream, and my favourite animal is a tiger (I think).
I love your gentle and enchanting commentary:)

  12. I like to start off my every day with healthy dose of Vitamin Rosen in my blood.

  13. I appreciate he recognized those of us who watch him to help us fall asleep and kept everything calm and peaceful no matter what was happening.

  14. @50:00 I was like “mate in 2!!” And you almost missed it but then you found it

  15. Hey Eric, not sure if you'll see this, but I was wondering @3:30:25 if you watch through the entire video to notice things like censoring a donation, plus how you also timestamp every game?

  16. 1000th! Everyone always wants first but I’m glad to be here 😄

  17. Watching Eric is quite frustrating at times, as he is at times lacking in awareness of the clock – should probably play with at least 5 minutes on the clock for each game.

  18. Hi, I'm Eric and despite playing tens of thousands of games and being extremely high rated, I still "develop" my queen into the center of the board on the fifth move.

  19. 5:07:37 isn’t there a line Qxg3 and rh1 followed by winning the queen or both rooks? I played it and I lost bc of the endgame. Could you address that line Eric?

  20. its almost 5am and my favorite animal is a parrot

  21. YES, MAKE MORE AND POST MORE OF THESE SIZED VIDEOS. DUDE I GATHER MORE INFO FROM YOU AND GOTHAMCHESS THAN ANY OTHER CHESSTUBERS

  22. My favorite animals are aggressive swans! They seem harmless, but they can peck you!

  23. Analyze the position @ (1:58:10) and you’ll kick yourself for berserking, then playing with your food @ (2:13:15) backfired, but it’s fun to watch👍

  24. I made it this far on YouTube and my favorite animal is a Dolphin. Of course, this is a year after you posted this video. If you're reading this Eric, I appreciate your content!

  25. Hi Rosen, 2:40:00 I made it this far while also at work. My favorite animal is well I don’t think I have one but I feel like the best animal videos involve monkeys so I’ll say a monkey.

  26. 2 am in the future (part where you/he said what time are ya watching on YouTube in the future)

  27. I’m watching from here 330am and I’ll make it to 7hrs🫣🫣

  28. 10:40 How did the opponent, going for mate, decide to take the knight and blunder instead of making the mate? Wasn't an f7 premove supposed to happen?

  29. It's great that now YT holds the last time the video paused, even when I re-launch the browser. Video almost to its end, oh know. Haha. Somewhere Eric you mentioned visiting Greece is high in your "to-go-list". I would be glad to invite you and stay in my place, if that would b fine with you. But I haven't visited my mother-country for the past 2 – 3 years or so. You should definitely visit Crete, the largest and one of the most beautiful islands in Greece. Btw Greece has many islands, I think high up in the Guinness records.

  30. I watch in Hamburg, Germany. Greetings to you
