van Wely Speed Chess Tournament [210]

This is a speed (bullet) chess tournament (van Wely) I competed in on while livestreaming on . Time controls are 1 minute per player, and the tournament is 30 minutes long.

I’m a self-taught National Master in chess out of Pennsylvania, USA who learned how to play from my father in 1988 at the age of 8. The purpose of this channel is to share my knowledge of chess to help others improve their game. I enjoy continuing to improve my understanding of this great game, albeit slowly. Consider subscribing here on YouTube for frequent content, and/or connecting via any or all of the below social medias. Your support is greatly appreciated. Take care, bye. πŸ˜€

  1. Love your commentary, very positive and educational. Keep up the good work!

  2. AT 12:15 Knight to f2 would be so nice. Just ignored IT Complet. Ist Not that i see much but…:-)

  3. at 17:41 you shouldn't have pre moved, there was a nice fork at move 28

  4. What about calling your acc NMChess-Network Bugatti, just to annoy this guy?πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

  5. Drinkin game: take a drink everytime Jerry says "space"

  6. I really love how Jerry faced the Ferrari in this one, around @20:26. I love how he took those extra seconds to prepare an opening that he knew Ferrari would be unfamiliar with and thus slowing him down from the get-go. Nice work, Jerry! πŸ˜€

  7. 12:16 I was just screaming at the screen, β€œSMOTHERED MATE!” lol
